Please use this form to submit all Tech Event Support requests. To ensure adequate preparation and staffing, all event support requests must be submitted at least 1 week in advance. This allows the Tech Team to coordinate the necessary equipment, staffing, & technical support required for the event. Requests submitted outside of the required timeframe may not be guaranteed. All requests are subject to Tech Team availability.
If the event involves the speaker(s) staying at a fixed table or spot and not moving around, select no. If the speaker(s) or other subject of interest will constantly be moving around the room during the event, select yes.

Presenters are strongly encouraged to bring and operate their own laptop during presentations. The Tech Team can provide connectivity through HDMI, USB-C, or AirPlay (Apple devices only). If a presenter’s device requires a special video adapter, they will be responsible for providing it.
